All food items are prepared in a home-based kitchen that is not subject to regulation and inspection. I have enjoyed baking for many years. It is usually only something that I do during the holidays or for birthdays, so I am super excited to start this little adventure and be able to bake more often! I have made most of my kid’s birthday cakes and enjoy the challenge each year, but of course it is

a work in progress, and I have a lot to learn. I have chickens and ducks, so “my girls” keep us well stocked with farm fresh eggs that I use in all my baked goods. Each summer my family and I tend to our large garden. We can and freeze a lot of our own veggies and fruits. Many of my recipes are made with our homegrown goodies!
