Thank you! All of my cookies are made in a meticulously clean and sanitized home kitchen. My business is within full ordinance and operates through the guidelines of the Texas Cottage Food Law, http://texascottagefoodlaw.com, however my kitchen is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department. My cookies contain eggs, butter, flour, sugar, almond extract and flavorings. The Royal icing contains meringue powder (powdered egg whites).
