We offer local pickup and delivery.

Big update for Thayne’s Café 🤎

I’m taking a short break 8/31–9/4 while the remodel keeps moving along.

Then, from 9/7–9/11, you’ll be able to find me temporarily relocated to 450E while everything gets finished up.

This is definitely a season of change, but it’s all leading to something really exciting. I’m so grateful for everyone who has supported me through every version of this café, and I seriously cannot wait to show y’all what’s next.

Wolf Ranch Farmers Market: every Saturday (except for today as we finish prepping for the remodel)

Two years ago, we did our very first farmers market at Wildfire Park. They gave us our first opportunity, and honestly, we were just trying to see if this whole thing would even work.

We had no idea what that one market would turn into.

Since then, we’ve started our own farmers market, opened a café, and somehow built a life around something we were just taking a chance on.

But I think the best part of all of it has been the people.

I had no idea when we set up that first tent that I would find this whole community of small business owners, farmers, ranchers, bakers, makers, and customers, or that so many of the people I met along the way would become people I now call friends and family.

It’s crazy to look back at where we started and everything that’s happened in just two years.

A lot of growth, a LOT of learning, some really long days, and some pretty amazing people along the way.

And somehow, I still feel like we’re just getting started. ❤️

Thank you so much to everyone who stopped by and supported us today. We are beyond grateful for every purchase, kind word, and familiar face. I have missed you guys!

Y’all showed up early and cleared us out! We’ll be back next week with more fresh-baked favorites.

Sometimes the right people come into your life at exactly the right time. ☕️

I met Marten of Incarnate Coffee Co. through mutual friends who were trying to get him interested in my baked goods, and somehow, after hearing how long I was spending roasting coffee on my little roaster, he ended up taking over. 😂 I am so incredibly glad he did.

Originally from Portland, Marten brings 17 years of coffee experience and an incredible amount of knowledge and skill to every roast. He is truly an expert at what he does, but beyond that, he is just an amazing person.

He listened to what we wanted for Thayne's, understood what we were trying to create, and helped turn it into something even better.

We are so proud to officially partner with Incarnate Coffee Co. for our very own Thayne's coffee. The bags may say Thayne's, but behind every roast is Marten's experience, talent, and care. We couldn't be more excited to have him as part of this next chapter.

Stop by the café for a cup, take a bag home, or pick up some beans from us at the market. ❤️☕️

A new chapter is brewing at Thayne's Café. ☕🤎👷‍♀️

If you stop by over the next few weeks, you'll notice things look a little different! Renovations are officially underway as we begin transforming Thayne's Café into a larger, more welcoming space to better serve our community.

We're incredibly grateful for the support of Clayton Towers and their belief in what we're building together. 🤎

Throughout the renovation, we're still open and serving our locally roasted coffee, gluten-free baked goods, and the same warm welcome you've always known.

Please pardon our progress as we create a space where our community can gather, connect, and enjoy great coffee for years to come.
