Old fashioned chocolate no bake cookie
recipes gave you a time to cook rather than a to temp to cook, which made them impossible to double batch. I have gotten the temp down and I share it in this tutorial! Get your candy thermometer ready!!

Today we are making pizza from scratch! The sauce and the crust. I have a secret ingredient in the sauce that makes it have a little extra pep to it. It might make the Italians cringe -but adds a little extra something to it.

If the sauce is bitter; sprinkle a small pinch of baking soda in while it's simmering to counteract some of the acidity of the tomatoes. This works with spaghetti sauce as well, or anything else you use canned tomatoes for.
