If your recipe does not call for marshmallow cream, just add a tablespoon of corn syrup after you cook it before you dump in the chocolate. Then you can scrape the pan, add whatever you want to it and not worry about it going to sugar!

I make this cake every year in August for my birthday- I call it midnight chocolate cake. It's my version of the Great Wall of Chocolate from PF Chang's.

It's a moist chocolate cake with fudge frosting, dark chocolate ganache, guittard mini chocolate chips and a fresh raspberry drizzle. Topped with fresh strawberries and blueberries after you eat it, you will dream about every day afterwards.
