It’s been a little while since I’ve shared a cake with you all. Life has been full, especially as we’ve been navigating new challenges with Sophie’s health and her feeding tube journey. I took a step back to focus on family, but I’ve missed creating and connecting with all of you.

Today, I’m back — and I couldn’t think of a sweeter way to return than with this cozy caramel dream! This cake is topped with stroopwafels, caramel drizzle, and caramel popcorn for that warm, buttery crunch in every bite. It’s the perfect mix of indulgent and fun!
