5️⃣0️⃣🍁🍂 This was a MEGA, chocolate chip double stacked cookie cake, for a customer who doesn't eat sweets unless they are from me 🤣 For her surprise 50th Birthday 👏🏻 I was told she likes fall colors so I did my best to make that happen and I think they turned out SO pretty 🍂🍁

This is for ALL followers. Due to several inquiries lately, I thought it would be good to write a list of things I do NOT make, amongst other announcements.

1️⃣. I do NOT, make cut out (shapes) cookies with intricate royal icing OR anything with fondant. I would be happy to direct you to someone that can, but please, do not ask me to do it and/or get frustarted or ignore, when I can't do what you ask.

2️⃣. I have no ambition or desire, to do any cookie decorating classes, at any point and time.

3️⃣. I am a one man band here, in my tiny kitchen. Please be considerate of that. If you want a big order, respectfully, please place your order FAR in advance.

4️⃣. I need to start saying no, better, so as a reminder (and going forward), if you place an order, under TWO WEEKS, before due date, it will automatically be voided.

5️⃣. I did not go to any sort of culinary school for this, it is all self taught. I am always, up for a new challenge when it comes to a design, but be mindful I have only been doing this (rookie with absolute zero experience--until current) for less than two years. So if you send me a super detailed design, you must be flexible, and be open to what I feel I can do.

Anotha one 🐟 I'm not even sure how many of these fish cakes I have made now 🤣 But our good friends in Minnesota are big fisherman & hunters, so it was only fitting to surprise them with this cake! Along with cookie dippers for each household!
