It’s been a while… I have still been baking for all this time, just for other ventures.
I’m ready to get back into my own groove again and wanted to offer these amazing new cookies to you all. They are huge (1/4lb each !) thick, chewy and a little crispy, chock full of chocolate chips, sea salt and with a chocolate base layer… I’ve been reliably informed that they are the ‘Best Cookie I’ve Ever Eaten’ by multiple people over the last few days 😁
