Today, I am Delighted to be working on plans for this year's Holiday Cookie Trays! There are 3 Options available: Basic, Fancy, & Gluten Free.
Each tray will include 5 different varieties, depending on your option choice, for a total of 5 Dozen.
Varieties may include: Pfeffernüsse, Gingerbread Boys & Girls, Russian Tea Cakes, Spritz, Oatmeal Shortbread, Chocolate Crinkles, Sugar Cutouts, Macarons, Kolache, Meringues, & Callebaut™ Belgian Chocolates, among others. Prices start at $65.

Getting started on the Pfeffernüsse cookies for the holidays! I make a Lebkuchengewürz spice blend that was found in an extant recipe from the 16th century.
