Hey everyone,

Quick heads up: I'm baking exclusively for Geneseo Farmer's Market going forward.

I've spent the last couple years experimenting with different models to make year-round baking work—pickup locations, subscriptions, you name it. After all that testing, it's clear that Farmers Market is where this business thrives. That's where the bread sells, and that's where I'm putting my focus.

If you’re planning on bread over the holidays (or realizing you’ll definitely want bread once January hits), this is your moment. The 12/23 bake is the last one before February, and preorders close Friday, 12/19 at 8:00am.

I’m taking January off because it’s cold, the kitchen gets grumpy, and the yeast has officially informed me it does not consent to winter baking. So if stocking up or filling the freezer sounds smart — now’s the time.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how grateful I am for all of the Thanksgiving orders this year. Your support, your messages, your excitement — it all means so much. And yes, the Soft Chewy Dinner Rolls definitely had their moment of fame. I loved seeing how many of them disappeared before dinner even started.

Woops! I had a typo in my Thanksgiving menu. Dressing kits are $10. One full pound of sourdough croutons, seasoning, and full instructions for dressing sure to knock the socks off anyone at the table.

Thanksgiving preorders open this Friday, 11/14 at 8am! 🦃✨

I’m excited to share this year’s holiday menu with you — including Dressing Kits(MENU TYPO: KITS ARE $10, not $12 🙃), the brand-new Soft Chewy Dinner Rolls, and the Cinnamon Snowflake (a family-sized version of my cinnamon knots, perfect for an easy morning-after breakfast).

Sold out in an hour. 100 loaves, 86 bagels, 6 dozen salted dark chocolate chip cookies, and 36 cinnamon knots — gone. You people don’t mess around.

I had to drive to Chicago to restock flour, but I’m back, and the bakery is officially returning every other week.

Here’s the plan:
