Bridgett’s Bakery is more natural and less processed than many others. We are 100% plant based, gluten free, and baked in small batches. We use fresh, high quality ingredients and all of our dough, crusts, mixes, fillings, and icings are made from scratch. We use all natural sweeteners and sugars that are also bone-char free. We refrain from using: high fructose corn syrup, honey, msg, gmo, palm
oil products, artificial colors and preservatives. We also refrain from any and all animal products an bi-products (including, but not limited to milk, egg, dairy, butter, gelatin, etc)
We rarely use decorative colors or ‘sprinkles’, but if we do for certain treats, they are plant based, gf, and made from natural sources, not artificial colors/dyes. Any flavors used are also plant based, gf, natural, and not imitation or artificial. We do not add artificial preservatives to our baked goods, so to get the best quality flavor and texture, please consume within a day or two of receiving.
