This White Mocha Cake has officially become one of my favorite cakes to make… and not just because the flavor is ⭐️ PERFECTION ⭐️🤎

I normally get to make this special cake for Grandpa every year, but this time, his grandson requested the same flavor for his birthday, too! 🥹❤️

There’s something so special about when a flavor becomes part of a family’s traditions — and I absolutely love getting to be a small part of those celebrations. 🎂✨

👩🏼‍🍳🧁 MEET THE BAKER🥣

Since we have so many new faces here, I wanted to introduce myself!

I'm Aunt Cole (or as most people call me, Nikky) and I've been doing cakes for 18 years! I started out attempting 🫣 cakes for my nephews (see pictures below)

🦋I’m a mom to two kiddos—🌈my 4-year-old daughter, who I lovingly call my “mini assistant” (she’s always ready to help… or taste test 😂), and ⭐️my almost 9-month-old son, who keeps me VERY busy! 🥰

I’m also married to my amazingly supportive husband, who has proudly given himself the official title of “dishwasher.” 😂❤️ And honestly… that is a pretty important position around here!

What started as a love for baking has grown into a small business that I’m incredibly proud of. I love creating custom cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and treats for all of life’s moments!

And to the almost 100 new followers who have joined me recently—WELCOME! 🥹💕 I’m so thankful you’re here and excited for you to follow along as I bake, create, learn, grow, and probably make a giant mess in my kitchen along the way! 😂
