86 is a term used in the kitchen when you need to remove something off the menu for the day. Unfortunately, after 13 years, the day has come and we are 86ing the heart of kitchen Mr Anuar Prado. Day in and day out Anuar has shown up with a smile on his face and a positive can do attitude: I don’t think the man has ever said no, called out, came in late, or complained,. Any time there has a lever been a problem Anuar was always the first to step up. Somone called out Anuar covered, someone showed up late Anuar picked up the slack. He is cut from a different cloth that’s isn’t produced anymore. I cannot express how difficult it is to see him go but at the same time how happy I am for him for his new venture . He has left a mark that I don’t think can ever be replicated. Even today on his last day where he could easily have just coasted he gave his usual 110% to the team.

You will be missed my firiend. I wish you nothing but success and you will always have a special place in my heart. You forever have a friend in me.
