I'm waiting on a second rise for some cinnamon rolls, getting my twins ready for school, and then I hope to have the rolls baked and iced and delivered to Salty Moon Mercantile by 10:00 a.m.!

THIS WEEK'S PLAN ✨

Friday — Cinnamon roll drop at Salty Moon Mercantile around 9:30

Saturday — Cinnamon rolls, breadsticks, sweet molasses bread, hamburger buns, cookie cake dippers, and push-pop cake at FV Growers Market from 9:00–1:00.

And of course I’ll have my kids’ corner: teddy bear snacks, cheese crackers, animal crackers, rice cereal treats, play-dough, and juice boxes!

Sunday — TBD (I might be at an event in Raleigh — stay tuned!)

Sorry guys,

I was out of town yesterday and couldn’t make cinnamon rolls. Then this morning, my clumsy self dropped one of the last two eggs in my house—and I needed both for the rolls. So unfortunately, there will not be cinnamon rolls at Salty Moon Mercantile this week.

Moving forward, I’ll be making Friday deliveries all summer long, except for June 26th, when I’ll be out of town. That week, I’ll deliver on Saturday, June 27th instead.

I've started experimenting with my own version of dunkaroos.....do people want them this small? Mine are big enough to grab with your hand. I first did square, but will be switching to round.

I need to make the icing, get my kids ready for school, take them to school, and then I’ll be dropping off half a dozen cinnamon rolls at Salty Moon Mercantile!

Unless I eat them all first… because cinnamon rolls smell their absolute best fresh and hot! 🤤🔥
