Flooring installed by Oscar Botello. Onyx Collection countertops, base boards, shower, and window sill installed. Hung all the new doors, new cabinet hardware. It's getting close. Just some minor paint touch-ups and time to hand it over to the owners.

Dad was able to build wall between cabinets while I was at the fire station and Juan got the old shower capped off and started on the tub drainage. He was also able to run a line to the garage for a circulating pump on the hot water. The sheetrock is finished except around the shower, but hopefully by end of day today the shower valve and maybe shower base will be installed so that area can be buttoned up. We were also able to install the new recessed lighting in the toilet, shower, and closet. Dad got the home run for the new bathroom heater ran as well.

Yesterday ended with tub and shower fully tore out and outside wall re-framed. Today got the counter top and sinks torn out, most of the tile up, furr down over the toilet removed, wrapped the outside before attaching the siding.

Dad was able to finish Mildred's on Saturday. These are the day before, just some finishing touches to be done. Here you can see the added storage in the bathroom area, new shower door, and mirror reinstalled in dressing area. We were also able to get some furniture back in on her new carpet.

Bathroom update, tape bed texture finished, painting touch ups needed, Onyx shower and countertops installed, installed plank vinyl floor this morning while dad is working on cleaning up and poly the cabinets. Onyx trim in bathroom this afternoon as well as set storage cabinet above countertop.

Finally adding the finished pictures. Shower is Onyx in a slate texture. New floors & finished kitchen.
