Want to learn how to make your own super cute royal icing cookies!? I'll be teaching some classes throughout the year. Thank you Sierra Chef for having me!

We are pleased to announce the addition of Autumn Frost Cookie Co. to our Sierra Chef Cucina Campagna Guest Chef Series!

Autumn will share her beautiful designs and teach Seasonal Royal Icing Cookie Classes throughout the year.

You will learn the method for a proper cookie flood resulting in a beautiful, smooth working surface. Detailed cookie decoration will then be applied based on the season. Guests will leave with a half dozen cookies. All classes are $85.00 (+ tax), are 2 hours, all cookies and materials are provided.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY - PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND

All classes are paid in full when they are booked and are non-refundable…no exceptions.

No reservation will be held without payment in full. If you are unable to attend a class for which you have made a commitment, we suggest that you find someone who can enjoy the class and attend in your place.

If you are unable to attend, we require that you inform us of this situation via email sent to [email protected]. No classes may be cancelled via phone, everything must be in writing.

We have a limited number of spaces in classes, both private and scheduled. When you make the commitment to attend the class Sierra Chef schedules staff, purchases product, reserves that space and time for you and we expect you to respect our policy.

Kids Classes...Please remember that Sierra Chef is not a babysitting service. Our children's classes are designed to educate, entertain and engage children and we hope that you agree. Should a child consistently disrupt class you will be called to collect your child with no refund.
