Equipment Day is Comming!
We've been getting alot of questions about physicals..

If your athlete has been seen in the last 24 months, you can request a sports form from your Primary Care Physician.

Alternatively ConvenientMD or MaineGeneral Express Care can provide a physical. (approximate costs)
