At Fatmeโ€™s Bakery, the Inta Lebnani Tray is our way of bringing a piece of home to you. Itโ€™s more than food itโ€™s who we are. The way our mothers set the table, how we all gathered around, tore pieces of bread, shared from the same plates, and made a meal out of the simplest things ๐ŸคŽ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ”ฅ

Long before Fatmeโ€™s Bakery, there was a daughter learning from her mother in ูƒูˆู†ูŠู†

The recipes she learned, the techniques she perfected, and the love she poured into every detail have become a legacy of their own. From her signature organic, sugar-free saj bread to everything carries a piece of the home she grew up in and the mother who taught her.

For Um Karim, bread has never been just bread. It is a connection to her mother, her village, and the Lebanon that lives within her ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡ง

Deep in the soil of ูƒูˆู†ูŠู†, through seasons of hardship and uncertainty, the trees remain. So do we.

In these windows are two people who are part of that story, Um Karimโ€™s father, and her late brother, among the olive trees of our homeland.

Their hands worked the same land that generations before them worked. Their roots were there, and in many ways, ours still are.

This year, we cannot return to those trees. We cannot pick their olives or bring their oil back to Fatmeโ€™s Bakery.

But that is what the olive tree reminds us most: being rooted does not mean never being shaken. It means finding the strength to remain.

The land may be out of reach. The harvest may have to wait. The people we love may no longer be beside us.

But the roots REMAIN, and from those roots comes our resilience.

Lebanon lives in us. ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿซ’๐ŸคŽ
