🌾 Why freshly milled flour? 🌾
Here’s a few key benefits of using freshly milled flour:

1.) Freshly milled flour is full of fiber, protein, enzymes to help with digestion, vitamin E, many minerals and antioxidants. FMF contains 40/44 essential nutrients.

2.) Foods made with fresh milled flour tend to have a lower glycemic index meaning your body will have a slower and smaller increase in blood sugar.

3.) The refining process of store bought flour strips away nutrients and alters the wheat’s structure which makes it harder to digest, leading to inflammation and sensitivity in many people.

4.) Most store bought flours are ultra-processed and bleached, the high temperature during processing degrades the nutrients. It is “enriched” with 4 synthetic vitamins.

5.) Fresh milled flour is super fun to make and has better flavor!☺️

Here is the official menu! Please note orders can take up to 72 hours to process. We are starting the process of building the bakery cart that will be set up in Garber and the schedule for that will be coming out soon! For the time being I will be offering porch pick ups & delivery options. If you don’t see something on the menu I do take special requests! Thank you so much for the opportunity to serve you! ☺️
