Lately, I’ve been trying to remind myself that life isn’t meant to be rushed through.
The messy moments. The slow mornings. The little hands reaching for mine. The laughter from the next room. The ordinary days that don’t seem like much while we’re living them.
One day, I know I’ll look back and realize these were the days I wanted more of.
So I’m trying to be here for them.
To put the phone down a little more.
To linger at bedtime.
To say yes to one more story.
To sit outside a little longer.
To soak in the chaos, the giggles, the dishes, the noise—and all the beautiful, imperfect pieces in between.
Because this is life.
And maybe the slow moments aren’t the moments between the important ones.
Maybe they’re the whole point. 🤍
