Our Story
My name is Angela Bivens.
I have always had a love for the kitchen, starting at a very young age with my Meemaw (who we lost on November 21, 2019) and now that love has only blossomed into something more than I could ever imagine! This is my attempt to share my love and passion for sweets with friends and family. I take each and every one of my orders to heart and will not disappoint!
Short Notice:
If you need a cake or cupcakes on short notice (less than a two weeks) you may encounter an additional rush charge. Bivens Baking will do our best to accommodate any orders you may have.
Deposits:
Bivens Baking is now asking a 50% deposit be made on all orders. We will not hold a date or time frame for anyone until the deposit is paid. Once the deposit is paid, you will then receive a confirmation document including the contract, confirmation the date & time of the event and your product.
Cancellations:
Please give at least a 48 hour notice for any order cancellation. All cancellations documents must be signed by the customer. All monies collected are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be TRANSFERRED to another order.
Delivery/Pickup Orders:
In order for our customers to receive the best experience possible, we are asking to be given the accurate address. We charge $.50/mile with a minimum of a $10 delivery fee outside of Galveston County. If Bivens Baking can not complete the delivery at the agreed time and location, the product will be returned and will be available for pick up. Additional charges may apply. The customer must sign a delivery ticket confirming the quality and condition of the delivered product. As soon as the product is out of our hands, we are no longer responsible for any damage.
For scheduled pickups, the product will be ready for pick up on or after the agreed upon time. Early pickups are available but must be requested. Once again, when the cake gets into the customers hands, we are no longer responsible for any damage.
Payment:
We accept cash or credit cards. With credit card payments, please notify us so we can send you a proper invoice.
