✨ THREE COOKIES. THREE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT KINDS OF OBSESSION. ✨

👀 Those beauties on the LEFT??

Meet Reese’s After Dark 🤎🥜
Because apparently one Reese’s just wasn’t enough. 😂

These chocolate beauties are stuffed with a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup, loaded with Reese’s peanut butter chips, drizzled in a dreamy peanut butter + chocolate coating, and then—because we have absolutely no chill—STACKED with even more Reese’s on top. 🤤

🔥 And the MIDDLE?

You already know her… our VERY famous, VERY sought-after I Love You S’mores ❤️🔥

Chewy, gooey, chocolatey, toasted-marshmallow perfection. Basically summer camp… but make it a giant cookie.

🥕 And those beauties on the RIGHT?

Say hello to Carrot Cake Crush! 🥕✨

All the cozy, sweet flavors you love about carrot cake packed into one ridiculously thick, soft cookie. Because carrot cake deserves a little cookie makeover. 😉

Three flavors. Three personalities. Zero chance of choosing just one. 😍

Which one are you grabbing FIRST? 👀🍪

🍓🍋 STRAWBERRY LEMON CRUNCH 🍋🍓

We LOVE it when a plan comes together!!! 😍

We had a vision for this one… and OH. MY. GOODNESS. 🤤

Meet our Strawberry Lemon Crunch — a soft, strawberry + lemon cookie loaded with sweet, tangy flavor, finished with a drizzle of icing and covered in that irresistible strawberry crunch. 🍓🍋✨

She’s bright. She’s summery. She’s a little extra. And she is SO GOOD.

And the best part?! 👀

These beauties will be making their way to Three Bean Coffee House TOMORROW MORNING! ☕️🍪

So if Strawberry Lemon Crunch sounds like your kind of cookie… you know where to find her. 😉 And something tells us these might not hang around long!

Who’s grabbing one?! 🙋‍♀️💕

A little birdie told me…

Something is making a comeback reeeeeal soon 🤩🤩💙

08/05/2026

🚨 STOP SCROLLING! 🚨

They’re back… and if you’ve gotten one before, you already know they don’t stick around for long. 👀🍪

I’ll have a limited number of Bakers Rack Boxes ready for Monday pickup for just $15 each!

🎯 Here’s the challenge: Our current record is 20 boxes sold… and I would LOVE to beat it this time! Think we can do it? 🤩

These boxes always disappear FAST, and once they’re spoken for, that’s it. No extras, no “just one more,” and no holding boxes without payment. 💛

👉 Claim yours in the comments or send me a message!

💰 Your box is officially reserved once payment is received via Venmo:

Don’t be the one watching everyone else post their cookies on Monday wishing you had grabbed one. 😉🍪

Help me break the 20-box record! Who’s claiming the first one? 👇❤️🍪

🎬 COMING SOON… actually, they’re already there.

The Cookie Heist II: Return to LiteStar 🍪🚔

After the tragic disappearance of every last cookie from Lite Star Marathon Galion , investigators were left with only crumbs… and a lot of suspiciously happy customers.

Against all odds…

THE COOKIES HAVE BEEN RESTOCKED. 🎉

But history has a way of repeating itself.

The cookie lovers are already circling.
The snack hunters are starting their cars.
Someone is probably putting on shoes as you read this.

If you want to be one of the lucky survivors, we’d recommend making a pit stop sooner rather than later.

🍪 Fresh cookies.
⛽ Same LiteStar.
🏃‍♂️ Limited time before they’re “mysteriously” gone again.

Rated A for Absolutely GONE

Let’s be honest… we’ve all met a I Love You S’mores.

He has a killer smile, beautiful eyes, an even better playlist, and somehow always smells like bonfires and cedar wood.

He’s the one who borrows your hoodie, remembers your coffee order, makes you laugh until your stomach hurts… and then leaves you wondering what exactly this is.

He texts “you up?” at 11:01pm on a Tuesday.

He says, “I’m really bad at texting.”

Then somehow posts three Instagram stories and snaps before replying.

🚩😂

You know better…..but you’re still smiling when his name lights up your phone.

That’s exactly why this cookie is called I Love You S’mores.

It’s warm, comforting, gooey in the middle, covered in chocolate, loaded with graham cracker, and just messy enough that you know you want more …

Around here I don’t just bake cookies….
I bake personalities.

I Love You S’mores is the chaos king of the lineup. Equal parts campfire charm and emotional unavailability. The guy who somehow leaves with your hoodie, your favorite playlist, and the last marshmallow.

Is he a walking red flag?
Probably.

Is he still one of everyone’s favorites?
Also… probably. lol
Actually… absolutely. 😍

Need another one? Be sure to get up to Lite Star Marathon Galion Wednesday morning after 8:30am! 😉
