Whew! What a week! Took time off, and now I'm getting ready to go at it next month. Bought a whole bunch of groceries, so I can bake pies, Jumbo muffins, and strawberry cupcakes for Gloria Rundle. I am going to slowly bring back fruit bread to see how well it sells. Not sure if I am doing that this week or next week.
Pies I plan on making are Cherry, Peach, Apple, Dutch Apple, Rhubarb, and Strawberry Rhubarb.
Chocolate chip blondies, Blueberry Lemon, and Banana Jumbo muffins, and ?????

Pies are $15 for a 9 inch and $17 for a 10". Blondies are $15 for an 8 x 8 inch pan, and Jumbo muffins $6 or $9 depending on how they're packaged.

Taking a break this week, but hitting it hard in September. I'll be making Strawberry cupcakes for Gloria Rundle on September 3 as well as preparing for Prairie Moon Farms September 5 and 6. I don't make cupcakes very often anymore, especially for vending events. I may though again as time permits. I'll have Apple, Dutch Apple, Rhubarb, Strawberry Rhubarb, Cherry, and Peach. If anyone wants a Blueberry pie, I can make that as well. They aren't popular at the vending events, unfortunately. I'll make some Jumbo muffins, my usually this time. Then I'm going to play around with fall flavors, like cranberry, Peach, pumpkin, etc.

Top left Blueberry pie filling. Top right unbaked apple and Blueberry pie. Yes, you get all of that Blueberry pie filling in a 10 inch Blueberry pie- 6 cups of blueberries. 3 # bag of medium diced 🍎 for a 10 inch Apple pie.
Bottom left unbaked Strawberry Rhubarb Pie. It's takes 2 pounds of Rhubarb and 2 pounds of Strawberries. Lower right the pies are baked.

I am going to be at Prairie Moon Farm next month for several events. Opening day, Scarecrow Festival, and another fall festival.
I am not planning on making a double batch of Lemon Blueberry or Banana muffins. I had quite a bit left over from Firefly nights, that I ended up donating to the Rescue mission. Yay for them, bad for me.
I'm probably going to go back to making a single batch this time. I am hoping to make chocolate chip muffins as well.
Pies I am making will be cherry, Apple, Peach, Rhubarb, Strawberry Rhubarb, and Dutch Apple. $15 for 9 inch, $17 for 10 inch. Unless someone wants a Blueberry pie, I will not be making them this time around.
I'll also have Chocolate chip Blondies for $15. 8x8 inch pan. Not sure yet of how much I'm making.
Keep in mind....If you don't see something you like, I will be at Prairie Moon Farm every week except the weekend of September 19th.

I have a peach and Cherry pie leftover from yesterday. I also have several JUMBO muffins for $6 and $9. $15 for pies. They are in the Armory in the freezer. If you want one let me know. I can pull it out for you. Already baked. Just have to thaw and heat in the microwave.

The bidding is long over and someone got my goodies! I hope whoever bought them enjoys them. Three things! Strawberry Rhubarb Pie, Chocolate chip Blondies and Assorted muffins. Yum. I hear all of them sold for under $20. A $39 value!

Tonight at Prairie Moon Farms will be my last vending event for this month. I will be at Firefly Nights from 4 pm to 10 pm with Cherry, Strawberry Rhubarb, Peach pie, Blondies, and various Jumbo muffins. Pies are $15 and muffins are either $6 or $9 depending on how many are in a box. Perfect for a party, breakfast, work event, or whatever else you have going on in your life.
I'll have a few week break after that, then back to back vending events either at Centennial Blooms Flower Farm & Eatery or Prairie Moon Farms. Follow me on my page, so you can see where I'll be at next.
