Friends & family,

I wanted to share an update from the heart.
2025 was an incredible year for the bakery—watching it grow, seeing so many of you enjoy the treats, and feeling the support from this community meant the world. We were truly grateful for every order, every kind word, and every moment of excitement we shared.

That said, with four wonderful children, an amazing wife, and a full-time job, the reality is there just aren’t enough hours in the day to give everything the attention it deserves. After a lot of prayer, long talks with my wife, we have made the difficult decision to slow things down for now.

The website is currently offline. I’m putting together a simple menu and it will be here on Facebook, and I’m still happy to take orders when they fit into my current schedule and family life.

Right now, being present for my children during these fast-fleeting growing-up years is what matters most. Thank you so much for your understanding, your grace, and your continued support. It truly means more than I can say.

I’m not going anywhere—I’ll still be baking when I can, just on a much smaller scale. Feel free to message me if you’d like to place an order.

We have three additional trays remaining (pictured below). A tray can be yours for $40.

Also, we have 20 cannolis remaining. These will be filled just before you arrive so they are as fresh as possible.
