Bread & Vine – Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

Bread & Vine is growing fast — and we’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to elevate our brand and support our national franchise expansion.

This is not a corporate desk job. We want someone creative, proactive, and execution-driven who can bring our brand to life every single week — across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do
• Create weekly content (photos, videos, reels, stories) for all platforms
• Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Maintain and update the Bread & Vine website
• Develop and launch franchise-focused social media channels to support expansion
• Build and execute marketing campaigns to attract new franchisees
• Coordinate and set up delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc.)
• Ensure brand consistency across all locations and platforms
• Track performance and continuously improve engagement and reach
• Travel to multiple Bread & Vine locations to capture content, support openings, and maintain brand consistency

What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in social media content creation (photo + video)
• Ability to shoot and edit content (iPhone + editing apps is fine)
• Experience managing restaurant or hospitality brands (preferred)
• Knowledge of delivery platforms and online ordering systems
• Organized, fast, and able to execute without constant supervision
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you think like an owner, not an employee
• Passion for food, hospitality, and brand building
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly as part of the role
