Do you have fresh herbs you don't want to go bad. Chop them up & place in ice trays with minced garlic & Olive oil or clarified butter. Helpful hint: allow butter version to thaw out completely to release condensation before use

Do you go to these extrimities just a cut onions. Try using fresher onions & a very sharp knife & when cutting let the knife do the work try not to apply to much pressure. (which releases the gases) also chewing gum helps

"Breakfast Bacon Cups"

1. Partially cooked bacon wrap the inside of muffin pan
2. Crack 1 egg in center ( salt & pepper)
3. Fresh Spinach leaf or 2
4. Top with cheese of choice ( pasteurized cheese add at end of cooking, just to melt)
5. Bake 350° until bacon is done.

Tip: if you like runny eggs, cook bacon completely first. BUT make sure it's not to crispy to mold in muffin pan

Pastry doesn't always have to be sweet.

Take some biscuit dough & sandwich it with spinach, ham & cheese, bacon & onions etc. Almost anything works.
