Hey friends! Itās been a while, but Iām so excited to be back making homemade treats again!
Rebranding my business, Lay Lay BakesāØ
For those who donāt know, I have always had a love for baking. In middle school, I started catering desserts from my home and would love to serve my community againš©āš³
As a busy momma of 2 little boys, my sonshines, Iāll mostly be āby order onlyā with the occasional surprise flash sale! Iāll post a menu soon of staple items, but the possibilities are endlessš§
All baked goods are 100% gluten-free and made with loveš Living with an autoimmune disease where gluten is the main trigger, means gluten is off the table for me and canāt take the risks. Iām dedicated to show you that doesnāt mean flavor is lacking though! Iāve been perfecting recipes that are safe for me (and for anyone else who shares the struggle of finding tasty, gluten free options) while still being just as decadent and delicious as you remember. Iāve dabbled in dairy free, sugar free, etc as well. If you have an allergy, you will not feel left out here.
