On August 27, 2011, several people including myself lost two incredibly special people, my uncle Sharky and his wife Shelly who also were both my mom and dad’s best friends. When these two passed away they left two incredibly young kids without parents. It was just a tragic event, they will always be missed and loved by everyone. Well, a year has gone by, and I made a promise to my uncle that I wo

uld not live up to my standards, but I had the idea to open a bakery in honor of my uncle and his wife. Before Shelly passed away, she was in the middle of learning how to decorate cakes which I figured that one day she would want to open a shop for herself and do what she loved. So, to honor my Uncle Sharky and his wife Shelly I am naming my shops after them to honor how much these two means to me and to show them that I can make them proud of what I have accomplished in my life. I love you Uncle Sharky and Aunt Shelly may you rest in peace; I will always miss you. I started this business because it has always been a dream of mine, owning my own bakery. The thought of doing something I love and never get tired of sounds like a good dream to me that would be amazing if it became a reality. I am staring out small but as the years progress, more satisfied customers, and more recipes to "ATTACK YOUR TASTE BUDS" a Shell Shark Bakery will be there to supply you with your sweetest desires.
