Hi everyone, sorry if you got a notification about an address change. I was trying to remove location for this page. While doing that I realized that I never wrote a post updating about where I’ve been. Most of you probably know that we moved several years ago. It’s not something we had planned but my husband got a job offer in the Atlanta area and after a lot of thought and prayer he took it. He has always been incredibly supportive of me and this was my time to support him. I am so thankful for the relationships and friendships I made in the Gainesville wedding community. I learned so much and enjoyed working with so many creative and talented people! So, while raising 5 kids and having three of them now in virtual school, that’s where my time has to be focused. Posh Pastry is on hold for now and that’s ok. We all have times and seasons for different things in our lives. I’m sorry this update comes so late. I’m grateful for the amazing clients who believed in me and let me be a part of some of the most important days of their lives. Thank you to everyone who supported me, recommend me, or shared your friendship with me!

two points for honesty: my little sister's reception in FL

While I'm still *technically* on maternity leave with my sweet baby girl, I just couldn't say no to this wedding cake! I've know Michaela since she was little and I've made her birthday and graduation cakes too so when she told me she was engaged, I was so happy to make this cake for her.

Susan from The Event Divas did an incredible job, as usual, with the Love Wedd Bridal Boutique booth yesterday! The flowers were perfection! Giovanni from Footstone Ink, amazing, as always! I can't believe how well the cake went with the rest of the design. Love collaborating with awesome vendors!!!

I just wanted to let my photographer friends know how important their work really is! On Wednesday night the property behind our home caught fire. I quickly grabbed the things that were of most value to me. After the kid's birth certificates and social security cards, I took all of the pictures off my walls, my photo albums, and my back up drives (because of the pictures on them).
