I have had this recipe for many years and finally got around to baking it. ✅👩🏻‍🍳😍
Pecan pie cake batter, Pecan pie filling, Cream cheese frosting sprinkled with toasted pecans and toasted coconut. Fabulous.
Also a Chocolate Cake Roll, not to be confused with a Yulelog which is also covered in chocolate. I will be trying that soon! I filled it with homemade whipped cream and mini chocolate chips. Everyone loved it. Can’t have Christmas without Red Velvet Cheesecake Cupcakes! One of my favorites! ❤️💚
