SWEETS AND SPROUTS IS TWO! 🎉🥳🎂
Two years…. I can’t believe it. 💕
Two years of mornings before the sun rises, long hours, laughter and tears, days covered in flour and butter. Every bit of it is worth it. Thank you to everyone who has supported me. Every pastry bought, every encouraging comment, every day choosing to stop and support my little bakery. Words cannot express how grateful I am.
When opening the bakery I hoped for local support, and well I got it to say the least. The mountain community has accepted me with open arms and threats full of love to never leave them. To my amazingly sweet regulars who come in every week (sometimes two). I am so happy to be apart that weekly ritual.
I have been through so many milestones with so many of you and it brings so much joy to my heart, from new jobs, new homes, a baby on the way, first words, an engagement, an anniversary, a first soccer goal, starting kindergarten, and so many more. It’s the moments I live for and keep me going.
There have been many hard times, days I have felt like giving up, days I have been so exhausted I have barely slept. But you all ( and the amazing encouragement from my fiancé) keep me going. The people who have traveled all over and come back to my little shop and tell me I still have the best pastries they have had. They taste the love, heart, and soul I put into every item.
