Yep… the health inspector came by today & we PASSED! 🎉✅

One more big step checked off the list for the kitchen! We still need to schedule our fire inspection, & after that we’ll finally be able to announce an official opening date!

It’s been a long process, but we are getting SO close now — thank you all for the support, encouragement, & excitement along the way. We can’t wait to welcome you in soon! 🖤

The kitchen is finally starting to look like an actual kitchen instead of a construction zone, & it honestly feels surreal. There are still a few finishing touches left — baseboards, setting up a dish drying area, painting the packaging storage space, connecting the oven, bringing in the rest of the ingredients, & getting the big mixer set up — but we are officially in the home stretch now!

Every little detail is coming together, and I cannot wait to finally open these doors and start baking in this space for all of you. 🖤

I never originally planned for my soft baked cookies to become *the* thing… but once people tried them, they quickly became my best sellers time & time again 🍪

At the end of the day, when you make a really good cookie… people remember it. Soft, rich, homemade, and baked with a whole lot of love. I guess the cookies decided for themselves they were staying on the menu. 😅

Today’s the day! 🎉 Market season is officially kicking off & we couldn’t be more excited! Come see us in Holts Summit from 10:00–2:00 (or until sold out) for an amazing opening day filled with returning favorites, brand new vendors, & so many great local finds. (18 vendors today!)
