Hey bakers! This is what sold out first at my event. I think it’s always good and important to look at what’s moving off the table and at what speed to determine future event planning!

Meaning, if a product is selling out consistently and fast, that’s a signal to consider increasing the quantity of that product next time. If a product consistently sits and doesn’t sell out, you might want to bring less of it.

Hope this gives you a little insight into how I make decisions for my bakery!
