A HUGE thank you to Chick-fil-A for trusting Garcia & Gavino to cater their Employee Summer Picnic today!

They decided to switch things up with a half Hot Dog Bar + half Taco Bar, and we were HERE for it. 🙌🏼🌭🌮

Mother Nature tried to put a little damper on the picnic 🌧️ (literally 😂), but a few raindrops weren’t about to stop the food or the fun!

We had such a great time serving your team and are so thankful you chose our little Family Kitchen to be part of your celebration.

Rain, shine, tacos or hot dogs… we brought the fiesta. Thank you, Chick-fil-A! 🐄❤️

From time to time, a memory pops up that’s just too good not to share. ❤️

This one is still one of our all-time favorite custom cakes from when we first started offering celebration cakes. Looking back at how far we’ve come makes us so grateful for every customer who’s trusted us to be part of their special moments.

Sometimes it’s fun to take a little trip down memory lane. 🥹

Customer request: Pink confetti sheetcake to match a babyshower theme: “A little wildflower is on the way” She wanted a pink cake with a wildflower vibe.

Everything you see is edible from pressed flowers to the butterflies to the lavender from Fletcher’s Flower Farm. We even two-toned the pink for a sky texture. Gorgeous!!

The photo inspiration that the customer sent us had mushrooms and a tiny gnome… so we made fondant mushrooms and a mushroom gnome to go with their mushroom theme. It actually turned out really adorable. 🤣🍄🍰🍽️

Wow... we honestly weren't expecting this kind of response on the monthly tasting event! Our Event Tasting generated so much interest (especially in the Cake Tasting Boxes!) that we've decided to make a few changes.

Cake Flight Boxes will now become a monthly offering, available on the second and last Sunday of every month. Each box includes four cake flavors for just $10.

Our full Event Showcase... we're giving ourselves a little more time to create the experience we want to offer. Think appetizers, proteins, desserts, event inspiration, one-on-one consultations, local vendor swag bags, and everything you need to plan an unforgettable celebration. This event is FREE for anyone looking to host their own event but a RSVP is required.

Trust us, it'll be worth the wait. New date: 09/20/26. More details and information for our first monthly tasting will be announced soon.
