Last nights class F U N! We had some laughs about the insurance checks some of the attendees thought they needed because their campers looked hail damaged 🤪🤣 Thank you so so much to everyone who came 😊

Thinking about offering an “at home” decorating kit. These shapes (6 total including 2 practice cookies), all the royal icing needed to complete this design a picture guide and written instructions. I’m thinking $35 each? They’d need to be picked up Friday evening or Saturday morning.

When I was in college I worked at an apartment complex and most of our bosses came from Alabama, LSU and Florida State. They always talked about how fun it was to live in their various college towns on game day because the whole town basically shut down anything that wasn’t football related. At Texas State (where I was) definitely didn’t have that kind of support. I hope that this grad enjoys every minute of the fun he’s about to have attending Alabama. This might be the only time I get the opportunity to do Alabama cookies.

Also, I had no idea Tuscaloosa was over 900 miles away 😱
