Today, we gather with heavy hearts to honor Marsha, a dear friend and loyal customer who has left us after a valiant battle with brain cancer. Her infectious smile and unwavering positivity will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Marsha’s presence is with us everyday thanks to all of the beautiful plants she gave us. When she would come into the shop, she would prune them and give me detailed instruction on how to care for them. I will forever be grateful for her contribution to my shop.

Our thoughts and prayers are with her loving and devoted husband, Mitchell, as we offer our love and support during this difficult time. May Marsha find eternal peace, and may her memory continue to inspire us. Rest in peace, dear Marsha.

Tomorrow is the Head for the Cure 5K - North Texas. We are so honored to be serving coffee and tea at this special event. I want to thank everyone that donated and and heartfelt THANK YOU to those who joined THE LOUNGE CREW TEAM! I have your shirts/race bibs for those who will be walking/running tomorrow. You can pick them up at the shop after 3 today or I’ll have them at the event tomorrow morning.

As you all know, Brain Cancer Awareness and Support is a cause near and dear to my heart. That's why for the second year we will be working with Head For The Cure providing coffee and tea at this year's 5K. We are also getting a crew together to walk/run the 5K.

Wow!!! Four Years….REALLY!?!?
Some days it feels like a hundred, others like it was just yesterday.

4 years ago, we celebrated our Friends and Family Open House. I had no idea what to expect for the days and years to follow, BUT I know for certain that I didn’t expect a global pandemic, the passing of my father, labor issues, crazy supply shortages and price increases. It’s been an interesting ride for sure.

What I did hope for and what came to be is through the Grace of God and support from great people, especially my mother, WE ARE STILL HERE.

It hasn’t always been easy, but it has been fun. So with a heartfelt THANK YOU, ☕️ here’s to our next chapter.
