Tomorrow on the bread rack you’ll find Chocolate Cherry Sourdough (as requested by many of you), Jalapeño & Cheddar Sourdough, Multigrain Sourdough and our classic Country Sourdough. As well as focaccia slabs and sourdough baguettes!

Also! What’s new on the menu:
🍓 Strawberries and Cream Croix (jam, whipped cream and fresh strawberries)
🍫 Chocolate Knots (with an Earl Grey and Bergamot chocolate ganache filling)
🥯 The Everything Croix (savory traditional croissant filled with a green onion cream cheese filling)

Our Croissant Loaves have a fresh new look!

I’ve been playing around with the croix loaf lately as we were having some inconsistencies with the beloved original—weak crumb structure and some big air pockets. Neither of those is ideal especially if you’re making a sandwich or toast…

So, we decided to start braiding the dough instead. We discovered this technique creates a much stronger internal structure, eliminating weak spots and giving you a more uniform, pillowy interior that will actually hold your jam!!

I’m happy with the change and we are definitely sticking to this technique from now on. What do you think about this glow up?
