Made this beautiful Christmas cake for an office party 🎉

This cake is a 8inch Gingerbread cake filled and covered with Orange flavored American Buttercream!!! Decorated with pine twigs and fresh cranberries.

This is a flavor combo i didn’t know i needed until i made an extra one for myself 🙈

I finished this cake this morning and didn’t have a proper photo shoot with it because it got picked up right when i finished it off! But, I love this cute cake! She sent me an inspo pic, and i transformed it! A beautiful lavender cake with pearls and fresh flowers on top!

This cake was for a surprise 60th birthday!
An 9inch - 3 layer vanilla cake, filled with cream cheese frosting, berry filling, and covered with american buttercream!

I can now add fresh flowers to a cake off my bucket list!

Had my biggest order this weekend! I took a huge risk out of my comfort zone and attempted a two tiered fondant cake! This was my first time doing a two tiered cake, and my third time using fondant! This royal cake was for a sweet boy, his 22nd birthday! Oh, and can’t forget about the cute matching cupcakes as well!!!

I learned so much doing this cake, and despite the little flaws it may have (that i can see because I am a baker) I am so proud of the finished product!

The cake is white/vanilla, cake, berry compote filling, and whipped marcapone frosting filling and with fondant. and the cupcakes are white/vanilla cake, berry compote filling, and american buttercream and sprinkles!

Another beautiful s**g cake done!

I tried to get pictures from all sides of the cake! I love doing these s**g cakes because the colors are so unique and you have so much room for interpretation when you pipe the s**gs!

This was a 6 inch, 3 layer Red Velvet Cake with American Buttercream Frosting! All for $45

Choux au Craquelin

Cream Puffs are a a delicacy! I was craving some the other day and with a few failed attempts I finally was able to create the perfect Choux Pastry! Usually Cream Puffs are topped with an egg wash to keep them golden brown, but I wanted to spice things up a bit and add a Craquelin on top! Craquelin is a thin piece of dough that bake on top of the pastry, and adds a nice little crunch and sweetness to the dessert! For the delicious filling, I made my first ever batch of creme patisserie!

These are absolutely decadent and the most perfect pastry for breakfast, snacks, and desserts!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake 🍪 🥜

I’m not a huge fan of PB & Chocolate but this cookie cake I made for my brothers birthday converted me. He specially requested so I made it happened!

The PB flavor was just enough, and the mixture of PB chips & chocolate chips gave the right crunch and flavor.

This is definitely a new go-to for me! I also had left over dough and turned it into drop cookies 😉 Those were gone in minutes!!

Berry Chantilly Cake🍰

I made this delicious cake for my bestfriends bridal shower this weekend! I also made cupcakes as well! This cake is inspired by the viral Whole Foods Berry Chantilly Cake. I thought a classic, beautiful and delicious cake like this paired well with the occasion!

This cake consists of:
- vanilla cake layers
- mixed berry compote filling
- mascarpone cream cheese frosting

Made this beauty this week for a guys birthday! I’m so happy with how it turned out! This was my first time trying this abstract praint brush technique and i absolutely love the way it turned out!

8inch- 3 layer Gluten Free Chocolate Cake. Filled with Chocolate American Buttercream & Gluten Free Oreos. Covered with Swiss Meringue Buttercream!!
