🍫🍫If you know anything about me and my cake preferences, it’s that chocolate cake is my FAVORITE! Always has been, always will be. I’m a sucker for it. Even when I was a kid and didn’t really like anything chocolate, I still loved chocolate cake. It’s nostalgic for me at this point and it’s my birthday cake every year. As an adult I very much like chocolate (more than just chocolate cake), I’m just particular. I like good quality chocolate and I typically prefer dark chocolate, perfectly tempered that it snaps when you bite into it. I don’t like the cheap candy bar chocolate. 🙅🏻♀️
All that to say that I’m also very particular in the chocolate I use for my baking. I use a dark chocolate cacao powder (not cocoa) which gives my chocolate items such rich and depth of flavor and I use good dark chocolate chips! You can literally taste the difference in what I make vs what others make. Come try for yourself! I’ll be at this weekend with a variety of gluten free brownies and other treats ✨
This cake (pictured) was a gluten free cookies and cream cake (my ultimate favorite) for a book loving pr***en! The cake had a bronze finish so it was shimmery in the light! As always brought the vision to life with this custom topper 🙌🏻
