This is my Caramel Apple Cake! Tender caramel cake layers, a brown sugar apple filling, and a new, caramel Russian buttercream.
I chose to do a different type of buttercream for this cake, I didn't want something as sweet with the apples and caramel. But it's just as delicious and extra smooth!

May's flavor is Pina Colada!! At first I was a little skeptical on the thought of trying this combination out, but I have to say, it turned out great! Coconut cake, pineapple curd, and a light coconut and pineapple buttercream frosting. Just wait to taste the pineapple curd filling...it's a game changer.

April's flavor is STRAWBERRY!! This has a light strawberry cake and is partnered with some strawberry buttercream. It's such a refreshing cake and I have to say... the strawberry buttercream is to die for😍🤤
