Happy New Year! We hope you all had a safe and joyful holiday!! I tried out something new this New Year and made these boozy mini cupcakes. It was lots of fun and super yummy!

I made some mini Champagne Cupcakes with a Champagne Buttercream adorned with some edible gold leaf and a pipette of Champagne. The other cupcake is Bourbon Maple Bacon topped with a dollop of buttercream, maple icing drizzle and a piece of candied bacon.
