We're absolutely thrilled to announce that we've reached an incredible milestone at our bakery: serving 1000 delightful customers! This journey has been as sweet as pie, and we couldn't have done it without the amazing support of each and every one of you. From the moment we made our first crust, our goal has been to bake up smiles and create memorable moments, and hitting this 1000-customer mark fills us with so much joy. To all our pie-loving patrons, thank you for filling our days with sweetness and for making us part of your celebrations, big and small. As we slice into this milestone, we're filled with gratitude and excitement for the pies yet to come. Here's to many more delicious milestones ahead!

I love music! I play several instruments, sing, and have done musical theater! My favorite role I have ever played was Cinderella in Into the Woods in high school! Now-a-days, I sing in a local choir, the Plano Civic Chorus, and in my free time I like to write music!

I love Legos. And while I have a lot of Legos that are good. My favorites have been the botanical collection.
There's something just so amazing about seeing how people have recreated these fantastical works of art from nature into delightful little models of their beauty.
I also love that they tend to use the most interesting pieces from other sets to make the flower come to life!

Friday Facts about the Owner: Day 3
In a past life, I was a biomedical engineer. I did a year of PhD study into the field of thermally responsive liquid crystal elastomers (polymers that changed shape with heat). I worked in the industry as a reliability engineer and an analyst before eventually deciding I wasn't happy where I was. While I love the science, ultimately, I decided I'd rather put my skills to use deciding the perfect ratio for baked goods and cream-based pies. I maintain that while cooking is art, baking is science and I love the fact that this chemistry produces delicious goodies that I can use to bring joy to other people.
