So Baked Amazing Bakery strives to make everything from scratch as much as possible ❤️
I have banana trees bulbing and producing bananas, hopefully they'll be ready before the cold weather.
I have started planting seeds for various other fruits and veggies in my seed starters, come spring they'll start fruiting.
I do have chickens for fresh eggs but unfortunately my girls are aging out and getting old so I'll be retiring my girls soon and I'll just have to go back to buying eggs.

I am a small single person bakery!!

School just started which mean the holidays are fast approaching and i will have a holiday menus posted soon ❤️

Hey y'all!

So I strive to make my business on as fresh as I can get with my ingredients!

Eggs come from my very own chickens! And those girls are spoiled 💓

So with that being said, I have banana trees growing in my backyard as well! And today I have noticed their 1st bloom!! I'm excited!! My neighbors probably think I'm nuts over here screaming in excitement over BANANAS 🍌
Now they won't be ready for awhile and honestly probably not this year because my trees are still so young but to know in the future: I HAVE BANANAS BLOOMING!!!!!

🎂 Friendly PSA Announcement🎂

There is a parasite going around in numerous states and Texas is 1 of them called Cyclosporiasis and it is being found in
🥬 Lettuce and salad greens 🥗
Fresh Cilantro and basil
🍓 Berries such as strawberries and raspberries.

Until further notice, Baked Amazing Bakery will not be using any fresh produce for our desserts and products!
