Hello everyone and happy Monday,

Ready!Set!Go! I have 7 Hygge cups available at Power Fit Meals in Friendswood. They’re great on the go and a little little Hygge goes a long way 😄 To top it off, they’re all GLUTEN-FREE✅ KETO✅ SUGAR-FREE✅

I had several customers at the Farmers Market asked me about the word Hygge and what it means, so what is HYGGE?
Hard to pronounce, hygge ("hooga") is difficult to explain. In brief, hygge is about taking time away from the daily rush to be together with people you care about - or even by yourself - to relax and enjoy life's quieter pleasures.
If you wanna know more about Hygge, there are several books available online
