If you come to the stand this morning, keep your eyes peeled! 👀🌿 You may just spot a WALKING STICK!

We found this cool little guy hanging out inside the stand this morning. 😂 Don’t worry, we gently guided him back outside, but he may still be hanging around!

Here are some fun facts about walking sticks:

🌿 Walking sticks are masters of camouflage and can look almost exactly like twigs or branches.

🌿 They’re herbivores, which means they eat leaves and plants and aren’t interested in your baked goods. 😂

🌿 They’re harmless to people and don’t sting.

🌿 When they feel threatened, many walking sticks will freeze and stay completely still to blend in even better.

🌿 Some species can even regrow a lost leg when they’re young!

🌿 Wisconsin is home to walking sticks, and their amazing camouflage can make them really hard to spot.
