Just a reminder that July is coming up and in years past I’ve taken off for a few weeks that month . I plan on doing that again this year; I’ve got a list of projects as long as my arm that I hope to get done. If we are mid wedding agreement, continue to send your info or ask questions . If you need to request a quote or check wedding date availability, I’m here. I still have a few random late fall/winter weekends not filled, especially toward November and early December. I’ve had the same question asked 3 times this week, so I thought I’d answer it here too, in case there were other inquiring minds. Yes! You can have a red velvet wedding cake without the red showing through . This entire cake was red velvet, and you’d never have known by the outside. Sealing the crumbs with a coat of white chocolate ganache under the buttercream does the trick, plus it adds a fabulous sparkle of extra flavor. If you want a red velvet wedding cake, have one!

Im polling the audience here. If you were a bride to be and were on a scheduled 3 pay plan ( this is one of my options) , would you like a reminder when you have a payment due? I know brides are busy people and things get put aside. Would you rather get a TEXT reminder, an EMAIL , a VENMO request , or NONE at all, you’re leaving everything to your planner 🤣.
