It’s October, y’all. My absolute busiest month of the year, every year. I’ve got weddings ( some multiple) every weekend and so many birthdays and showers, and garden parties, that my book is overflowing. Fun Fact: In working on my taxes today 🤮, I discovered that last year I set up wedding cakes in 16 different venues across West TN, most of them multiple times. If you are looking for a venue, I’d be happy to recommend if you can tell me the vibe and the general location you’re looking for, I’ve been to all of them. I can also point you to a planner for that area. Every wedding day venue needs a cake, and 2027 dates are filling up. I have weddings booked in every month. May already has no availability & June & July are getting slim. If you have set a date, don’t sleep on it. Secure your vendors early.

These photos were from a wedding a couple weeks back that I was able to take last minute when something with the original baker fell through. I just realized I only posted a video and not photos. This one was The Barn at Snider Farms in Denmark, just outside of Jackson. Semi naked wedding flavor with buttercream and edible gold accent down the front. The grooms cake was Neyland Stadium , home of the TN Vols, made of a classic chocolate and vanilla marble and buttercream, with fondant accents.
