We had the amazing opportunity to create this beautiful personal wedding cake and cupcakes for a clients wedding!
The personal cake for the couple is 5 layers of dark and decadent Valrhona chocolate cake filled with a raspberry coulis, chocolate ganache, and Callebaut Swiss meringue buttercream. The cake is decorated with flowers, fresh raspberries, gold leaf and chocolate curls.
The chocolate cupcakes for the guests are Valrhona chocolate cakes filled with a raspberry coulis; topped with Callebaut Swiss meringue buttercream, chocolate curls and freeze dried raspberry dust.
The white cakes for the guests are champagne cupcakes with a champagne swiss meringue buttercream, with a kiss of citrus zest, topped with white chocolate curls and a gold white chocolate rose.
We also had mini cookie bags with our signature crinkles, snickerdoodles, and chocolate chip varieties
