Which means it’s officially the 1-YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF DEAD TIRED DONUT CO! 🍩💀

We want to take a minute to thank each and every one of you who has supported us over the past year — whether you’ve purchased donuts, shared our posts, told your friends, brought donuts to work, or supported us in any way in between.

We truly couldn’t have made it this far without you.

We are closed again this week as we have our second wedding weekend in a row. 💍 And seriously… is it even legally binding if you don’t have donuts at your wedding!? 😂🍩

It’s almost that time of year! 🍎🍂

We’re officially starting to prep for our fall flavors, and that means Apple C***r & Brown Sugar Pumpkin are coming back before you know it!

For our Apple C***r donuts, we don’t just add c***r—we reduce every gallon down to concentrate that big, bold apple c***r flavor. 🍎

Of course, we’ll be running a few test batches over the next couple of weeks to make sure we still remember what we’re doing. 🎃

We’ve been a bit quiet on FB over the past few weeks — you might have even noticed that we disabled orders on our website.

But we’re still here! 👋

Here’s what’s been happening behind the scenes:

🍩 We just wrapped up the first-ever Donut Dash 5K
💍 We’re currently prepping for a couple of upcoming weddings
📝 Simplifying and fine-tuning our menu
🍂 Making the transition into our seasonal flavors
🧹 Tackling some much-needed housekeeping and organization
🚀 And, of course, lots of planning for the future!

So sit tight — we’ll be back to our regular routine soon. In the meantime, thank you for sticking with us, supporting us, and giving us the time to get everything in order.

A HUGE thank you to all of our participants, volunteers, sponsors, friends, and family who helped make today such a success!

70 participants came out to hang out with us this morning for the 1st Annual Dead Tired: Donut Dash 5K! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🍩

This event was put on by a couple of people who had never hosted — or even participated in — an organized race before. With just over a month of planning, we think it went pretty alright for a couple of first-timers! 😂

We learned A LOT today, and we’re already making notes on how we can make next year’s event bigger, better, and even more fun!

We are proud to announce that we raised $500 for the Rec Department! 🎉

The remaining proceeds will go toward helping us fund bigger and better Donut Dash events in the years to come.

We started this thing with an idea, a lot of uncertainty, and just over a month to pull it all together.

And somehow, 70 people showed up.
