Couldn’t be me.

I don’t have an HOA.
I don’t have a neighborhood committee.
I don’t have 14 retired people named Barb
forming an emergency meeting because my cheesecake cart is 2 inches too close to the sidewalk.

I will be outside selling cheesecake until someone physically removes the treat cart from my hands.

THIS IS AMERICA. THE CART IS MOBILE. THE CHEESECAKE IS FRESH. THERE IS NO STOPPING ME. 🍰

🍰 CLASSIC CHEESECAKE — and no, it’s NOT the same recipe as the caramel cheesecake.

This is the cheesecake for people who believe cheesecake doesn’t need a bunch of nonsense piled on top to be incredible.

Rich. Creamy. Smooth. Tangy. Perfectly baked. Sitting on a homemade crust and made completely from scratch.

And before somebody asks: YES, the recipe is different from my Salted Caramel Cheesecake. Different cheesecake. Different flavor profile. Different experience.

This one lets the cheesecake itself be the star. No caramel hiding behind it. No gimmicks. Just a ridiculously good classic cheesecake.

Sometimes simple is the most dangerous flavor on the menu. 😏🍰

Honestly? I do it for myself.

I have a TON of recipes, and when I need to make something again, I pull up my own TikTok and watch the video so I can make it right. Basically, I’m my own cookbook. 😏

“Aren’t you worried people will steal your recipes?”

My friends… it’s 2026.

You have access to basically every recipe known to mankind right at your fingertips. You can find recipes for just about anything with two seconds of searching.

So why wouldn’t I want you to have access to the good ones?

If you’re going to bake something, I want you to use the BEST recipe you can find.

And if that happens to be mine?
