📣 A LITTLE ANNOUNCEMENT FROM FLAT EARTH KYLE’S BAKERY! 🍰

First, THANK YOU. Seriously. You guys have kept me so busy that I have a mountain of orders to fill, and I couldn’t be more grateful. What an honor it is to have this much support from my community! ❤️

That being said, I will NOT be accepting preorders this week. I need to catch up, get everything made, and fulfill several people’s stomachs.

Here’s the plan for Sunday:

🥂 ONE FLAVOR ONLY: CH*****NE CHEESECAKE! 🥂

⏰ Treat cart opens at 10:00 AM Sunday.

🍰 Slices will be VERY LIMITED, so get here early!

I’m sorry if this disappoints anyone, but sometimes even a cheesecake machine needs a little time to catch up.

I promise this is just a temporary change. We’ll be back to our regularly scheduled cheesecake the following weekend, and I’ve got some EXTRA FUN planned for you!

Thank you for keeping me this busy. I mean that from the bottom of my cheesecake-loving heart. ❤️

This thank-you note right here… THIS is what it’s all about. ❤️

I spend hours upon hours every single week making these cheesecakes from scratch, baking them, slicing them, and packaging every single piece. Sometimes I wonder if there’s another dessert that demands this much time and work.

And honestly? I don’t even know why I love doing it as much as I do. I just do.

But in a world where it feels like quality food is getting harder and harder to find, I want to give you something different. Something homemade. Something made with care, real ingredients, and a whole lot of flavor. I want every bite to be worth it.

I’ve never even met the gentleman who left me this note, so I have no idea how many of my flavors he’s tried or what brought him to my little treat cart. But the fact that he took the time to leave me these kind words means more than he probably realizes.

Sometimes, when I’m exhausted, covered in cheesecake ingredients, labeling containers, and wondering how I’m going to get everything done before Sunday morning, I need a reminder of why I started doing this in the first place.

This is why.

Not just to sell cheesecake. Not just to sell out. But to make something people genuinely enjoy, to bring a little happiness into someone’s day, and to know that all those hours in the kitchen mean something to somebody.

To everyone who has supported Flat Earth Kyle’s Bakery, tried my cheesecakes, shared my posts, or told someone else about my little business: thank you. You have no idea how much you mean to me.

What a blessing it is to be able to serve this community. I may never fully understand why I love doing this so much, but I’m sure grateful that I get to.

You buy the cheesecake, but you give me so much more in return. ❤️🍰

WE ARE NOT SOME PEOPLE.

We celebrate with cheesecake. REAL cheesecake. Homemade crusts. Real ingredients. No premade nonsense. No secrets. Just an unreasonable amount of cream cheese, butter, sugar, and a bearded man in Nebraska who has apparently made it his life’s mission to destroy your ability to enjoy mediocre desserts ever again.
