🍂 October Availability Update 🍂

Can you believe we're already talking about October? Fall is one of my favorite seasons, and it's also one of the busiest times of the year here at Whisk and Sugar Bakery! 🎃🧁

I'm incredibly thankful for all of your support, and because of that, October 12–27 is officially FULLY BOOKED! 🤍

If you're hoping to place an order before or after those dates, please don't wait too long—I have limited availability remaining.

📅 A few reminders:
✝️ I do not work on Sundays.
🧁 Any orders needed for a Sunday celebration will need to be picked up beforehand.

👀🎂🧁 Just gonna leave this little hint right here…

If you’re heading to Festival of Joy, you might just spot a few cakes and/or cupcakes made by yours truly. 😉🤫

I’m not saying you should go just for the desserts… but I’m also not NOT saying that. 😂🍰

Hint, hint! 👀🧁💕

Festival is Saturday! 🥳Here's what you need to know:

🙏 Mass is 4 pm Saturday with Archbishop McGovern (there will not be a 5:30 pm).
🎪Food, games, entertainment...all the festivities...start right after Mass at 5:00 pm!
🎟 Don't forget to sell and turn in those raffle tickets! You can bring them to the parish office this week, or to the festival raffle ticket booth Saturday evening.
🍰Bakers needed for bake sale, cake walk, and pies for the ice cream booth! Items can be dropped off to Delaney Hall Friday 4-7 pm or Saturday after 8 am-4 pm.
🥕 Have surplus garden produce or flowers, canned jams, etc.? These donations are welcome for the farmer's market (same drop-off as bake sale)!
🥤Pop/water can still be donated/dropped off to the cart in the chapel entrance. Doors are unlocked M-Th 7a-7p.
💵 Bring cash, check, and/or Venmo for payment at the Festival! (Raffles and Split the Pot are cash/check only.)
📣Volunteers still needed! If you aren't signed up for a specific shift yet and want to be, please reach out to Crystal at the parish office (402-721-6611) or [email protected]

What do you do when you have just a little chocolate frosting left over from decorating a cake? 🤔🎂

You grab the graham crackers, obviously. 😂🍫

Because we DO NOT waste perfectly good chocolate frosting around here! 🙌 And suddenly my “leftovers” turned into the baker’s well-earned snack. 😋

One for me… one for quality control… and maybe three more because I deserve it. 🤣

⚽️🌎 Goal achieved! 🌎⚽️

These custom World Cup-inspired Cake Pucks were made for a birthday girl who absolutely loves soccer! 💚🥅 From the soccer ball details to the World Cup theme, every bite was made to celebrate her love of the game.

Creating treats that match each customer’s passions is one of my favorite parts of what I do. Whether it’s soccer, dance, dinosaurs, princesses, or anything in between, I love bringing your celebration to life with something sweet!

As we flip the calendar to August, life gets busy in the best (and sometimes craziest!) ways. Between back-to-school shopping, sports, activities, and everything else that comes with the start of a new school year, my bakery schedule is a little more limited this month.

🧁 Please take a look at my August availability calendar before placing an order. The marked dates are unavailable, and as always, I do not work on Sundays. If you need treats for a Sunday celebration, they will need to be picked up beforehand.

What. A. Summer. ❤️☀️

Between baking cakes, cupcakes, cake pucks, cinnamon rolls, meal prep, hockey tournaments, baseball, and making memories with my family, this summer has been a whirlwind—in the very best way.

To every single person who has ordered from Whisk & Sugar Bakery, shared a post, recommended me to a friend, or supported this little dream of mine... THANK YOU! Your support allows me to do something I truly love while still being present for my family, and that means more than you'll ever know.

As summer starts winding down and everyone gears up for back-to-school, I do have a few openings left in August for custom orders!
