Final stop: Korea 🇰🇷 Omija Misugaru

Inspired by traditional Korean flavors, our brioche donut is filled with misugaru cheesecake cream, featuring the warm, nutty flavor of Korea’s roasted multigrain blend. It’s dipped in a bright, sweet-tart omija chocolate glaze, made from the Korean “five-flavor berry,” named for its distinctive blend of sweet, sour, bitter, salty and pungent flavors. Finished with a crisp toasted rice nurungji, decorated with an omija branch.
